Music Video Creative Direction

Melodic hardcore band Being As An Ocean reached out to me to style and creative direct the music video for their sophomore album with InVogue Records. Fans of my eclectic collection of bones and other curiosities, the band wanted a dark abstract video primarily focused on a girl wearing an elaborate headdress.

I assembled the headdress with antlers, coyote skin, flowers, and feathers, and based a storyboard loosely on a concept from the lyrics about putting on an "old demon".

The video was filmed and edited by Michael Ko.
